Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. New Year's Eve Event Terms & Conditions of Purchase 

TERMS AND CONDITONS OF PURCHASE: 

These terms and conditions apply to all ticket purchases between You and Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Restaurants, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Bubba Gump”) for the New Year’s Eve Event (the “Event”): 

•    ALL TICKET PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

•    TICKETS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR RESALE.  When You purchase tickets You are required to provide the name of each guest.  Should the need arise to change the names of any guest, you may request approval from Bubba Gump, which approval may be withheld for any reason or no reason.  Bubba Gump reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest that was not placed on the guest list prior to 12:00 p.m. on the day of the Event.  

•    ALL GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO ENTER THE EVENT.  VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID SHOWING PROOF OF AGE IS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY.  

•    FOR SECURITY REASONS ENTRY TO THE EVENT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED WITHOUT YOUR TICKETS, SECURITY PASSES, EVENT INFORMATION, AND GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID.  Therefore, you must pick up your tickets prior to the day of the event at one of the scheduled ticket pick up times: Sunday, December 28, 2025 from 3pm-6:00pm and on Monday, December 29, 2025 or Tuesday, December 30, 2025 from 9:00am-11:00am or 3:00pm-6:00pm ONLY each day.  Should you be unable to arrange to pick up the tickets during these times, you MUST contact the Bubba Gump Sales Department, which will try to meet your requested time, but cannot guarantee any ticket pick up times outside of the ones noted above.  You will need your government issued photo id to pick up the tickets.  Due to security precautions taken in conjunction with the NYPD, no tickets for this event can or will be mailed to any guests.

•    The ticket price includes: access to Bubba Gump restaurant location in New York’s Time Square (no reserved seating); dinner buffet, premium open bar featuring our signature specialty drinks, champagne bar and toast at midnight as well as party favors in Bubba Gump’s sole discretion.  

•    Guests agree to abide by the rules and requests of Bubba Gump during the Event.  Bubba Gump reserves the right to refuse service and/or remove any guest from the Event at their sole and absolute discretion.  

•    Should You or one of your guests cause any damage during the Event, You shall be responsible and shall reimburse Bubba Gump for all costs incurred to correct, fix, repair, or reimburse another guest for such damage.  The estimated cost of such repairs may be billed to You on the night of the Event.  

•    Bubba Gump is not responsible for any lost or stolen property.  

•    The ticket purchased is for the Event in the Bubba Gump location in Time Square, New York.  BUBBA GUMP CANNOT AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCESS OUTSIDE OF THE EVENT OR ANY VIEWING SPACE FOR ANY OTHER FESTIVITIES IN TIME SQUARE, SPECIFICALLY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ANNUAL BALL DROPPING CEREMONY HELD IN TIME SQUARE.  GUESTS LEAVING THE EVENT WILL DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK.  Re-entry to Bubba Gump event will ONLY be allowed to guests bearing their Event ticket and Event wristband (on the guest’s wrist).     

•    Bubba Gump reserves the right to modify food, drink and Event details at their discretion.  

•    All food and drink items must be supplied by Bubba Gump and guests shall not remove food from the premises without the approval of Bubba Gump.  

•    Bubba Gump is not liable for its failure to perform under this contract if such failure is due to acts of God or labor problems, including, but not limited to strikes, fire, flood, inclement weather, earthquake, restrictions upon travel, food, beverage, supplies, or any other causes beyond its control, or interfering with performance, whether stated or not.
